Hello, and welcome! My name is Carmen, and I am passionate about providing thoughtful, person-centred support to individuals and families who need companionship, a friendly face, or a break from caregiving.
I have been working in the health and care sector for over 10 years, offering compassionate support to adults in their own homes. I hold a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Adult Care (Lead Adult Role) and I am currently studying for a BSc (Hons) in Health, Wellbeing and Social Care to continue growing my skills and knowledge.
Whether it’s a friendly visit, a listening ear, or time away for a carer to rest, my aim is to ensure every person I support feels respected, safe, and valued.
I am fully insured, committed to safeguarding, and proud to deliver care that always puts people first.
